The staff is very nice, polite, and helpful. I love coming when i have my appoitments. They treat you like family. They are very welcoming.

At Doc. Black they are very warm and inviting. You feel like you are family or they have known you for a long time. This made me feel comfortable as I started getting worked on. They also were very aware of my needs and if I was comfortable during treatment.Daniel

Thank you so much Dr. Black and the team at Black Orthodontics. I was very skeptical and nervous about putting braces on my six year old son. He of course, was also very nervous. Everything went very smoothly. Jessica, Pam and the whole staff made us very comfortable and informed through every step. Pam was so gentle with my son made him feel very comforted even though he was very nervous! Thanks for all you do for your patients and all the incentives to encourage these young children and adults to practice good oral hygiene. You guys ROCK!!

The whole experience with Dr. Black and his staff was positive. They always made you feel welcome. We never had to wait for an appointment. The staff were always attentive and made you feel at home. I would refer anyone to Dr. Black!

Black Orthodontics is great. They take good care of their patients, and all of the employees (Including Dr. Black) always have a smile on their face. They are very understanding and open to questions, and they let the parents of the kids come back with their kids. They have cool activities and drawings to win cool prizes, and the prizes are always really cool. I especially love the game section where you can play on game systems and even bring your own games to play on them. You can also bring your own movie for everybody to watch while you are getting your teeth checked / worked on. They are awesome!!!!!
Dr. Black has the best support staff ever. They are kind, compassionate, smart, and more than competant. We especially love Sonya.
